This was a nice short hike. Beautiful view of the valley and nice, quiet reservoir at the end. There are many other options to continue to the Bell Canyon Falls and upper reservoir. We haven't been to either of those however. We went to the reservoir in early September and water was fairly low but still nice. There was also a few ducks there. This trail is definitely worth doing.
